Permit Applications

New Home Packets are available at the office. They include all applications/forms and instructions needed to obtain your building permit.

All permit applications will be reviewed and issued within 30 days of submission of a complete packet. All permits are subject to appeal or revocation 30 days after issuance.

Once a building permit is issued, work must begin within 6 months otherwise the permit will be void. 

As long as there is continuous progress, building permits (excluding electrical and plumbing) are good for a period of two years. After two years it can be renewed for a fee.
